@Michael: It was probably an economic issue we are in a recession and media is being affected. The editor is also the owner if GM is making cuts smaller companies are REALLY being affected.

Umm…that’s because he’s not. It clearly states at the top that he’s of brazillian-japanese descent,which makes him biracial. There’s a huge japanese population in Brazil btw…Sao Paulo in particular.

Our site founder and Jossip-guru David Hauslaib is our fearless leader, Cord Jefferson is our Managing Editor and then there’s yours truly, your editor, Japhy Grant.
It is not like they had extra baggage… besides Japhy seems to write the majority of the posts.

Well as a business owner the recession is hitting a lot of people and it seems like a prudent time for most companies to streamline. I am a fan of the site.

Looks like Queerty folded it’s Jossip site. Cord Jefferson is no longer listed as managing editor. This is so sad. I really enjoyed the changes to Queerty that Japhy and Cord implemented.
I don’t understand why Japhy wasn’t allowed to say goodbye.

I liked Japhy too, thought he was good for the site, I noticed there wasn’t more depth in the content written. I was more abrasive and not open to creating discussion..
